So, it appears that my quote thing has caught on. I like the idea of the links, because it makes it that tiny bit harder.
This post is only being written because I don't like the idea of the comments part being longer than the post part... so what I would usually put as a comment is now a quote :) i'm sad like that.
First off, give Jess her 15 minutes for spotting the link between Requiem for a Dream and A Beautiful Mind (Jennifer Connoly). I don't really count the link between Fight Club and Requiem, because I helped her quite a bit. Anyway, the next quote is
He doesn't know you exist, but at that moment you're closer to him than anyone else on earth. You see his face through the sign. You see whether he shaved or not. You can see whether he's married if he's got a wedding ring. It's not like firing at a distant shape. It's not just a uniform. It's a man's face. Those faces don't go away. They come back and they get replaced by more faces. It's already been solved by Jess, but it's pretty easy. I want to see if she can get the link, but everyone else feel free to race her. She's rather slow... (joking jess...) I know the quote is awful long, but I needed something that sounded cool, and next I can link it to one of my favourite movies... and I won't tell you what it is. Though avid readers of my blog will know...
Lioness, nice to hear from you again. There may have been more red... but I'm glad it's cool now.
Shit, Jess has already spotted the link (i'm in constant contact through MSN), which is obviously Ed Harris, who is in both. Now, however, I can quote my favourite movie.
There's no gene for fate.
Spot it, and the link, and I'll be proud. Lioness, go for it. You have good taste in movies. As for "Y Tu Mama Tambien", I have yet to see it, but i'll make it a priority. I'll look for the Jim Button books, but I'm sticking by the opinion that Momo was great... it was so sweet. Though I read it ages ago...
I have to go to the dentist again soon, (i'll explain later) so that's it for now. Enjoy.
